THANK YOU - RED WAGON LUNCHEON 2026

A big thank you to Class of 2025 for planning a wonderful Red Wagon Luncheon this year!

Thank you to our members, sponsors, and guests for the diapers collected for Fall Layettes and the money raised for our programs. A big thank you to the event chairpersons, Jamie Krombach, Bonnie Ash and Colleen Crisman. We could not do what we do without your generous support and our sponsors, especially the LaValley Foundation for their generosity and all of our sponsors. A beautiful luncheon and beautiful weather, God Bless to all and to Mary Virginia Merrick.

THE RED WAGON AWARD

This award is presented at the Red Wagon Luncheon in the Fall of each year. The award honors a CCS member who has made a significant contribution to our CCS Toledo chapter. Randi Monaghan was honored with the award this year. Randi was our president the last two years and has been a CCS Toledo member since 2016. She continues her dedication to the underserved children of our area by helping with many of our programs and serves as our Parlimentarian. Thank you Randi for your endless enthusiasm and energy in our mission.

THE BARBARA SOMMER MEMORIAL AWARD

This award is now presented at The Red Wagon Luncheon as well. It is awarded to a new member of CCS who has exemplified commitment to the mission of CCS as determined by a majority of the CCS Toledo board. Jamie Krobath and Bonnie Ash were presented with this award. Jamie has taken over as Co Chair of our Hygiene program and Bonnie is a Co Chair of buying for Clothe-A-Child. Thank you for jumping right in and contributing to our mission.
